No such thing as 'bad' emotions - Allowing yourself to feel fully
Feb 18, 2024 Season 3 Episode 7
Barbara Culjak

How often do you allow yourself to feel your emotions fully? Well, most of the time we suppress, ignore, and try to get rid of our emotions, especially when we perceive them as negative.

Emotions exist as ways of communicating with our bodies and minds. Just because an emotion may make you feel positive or negative doesn't automatically mean it’s good or bad. Every emotion has a purpose and a message for you.

In today's episode, I am sharing with you how you can acknowledge all of your emotions and why this is important.

Tune in and discover how you can hold all of your emotions and feelings, as I share a little exercise with you.

Continue to check in with yourself by asking, “What do I need in this moment to cope with my emotions?”

And remember, learning how to feel your feelings takes practice. Be patient with yourself.

Love,
Barbara
